Frequently asked questions
Do you charge per user?
No. Tess plans are per workspace, not per user. One subscription is shared across unlimited users, and you never pay a seat fee for adding a teammate. Invite the whole company and keep a single bill.
How do credits work?
Credits are the usage currency across the whole platform: every model call, agent run and tool execution consumes credits based on the model and the size of the job. Plans include a monthly allowance plus daily bonus credits, and you can add credit packs on top of any plan whenever you need more. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; daily bonus credits refresh every day.
Which AI models are included?
All of them: 250+ models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI and more, in one subscription. New frontier models are added as they are released, at no extra subscription cost. You pick the model per agent or per run.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep your current allowance until then.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing gives you a significantly lower effective monthly price: you pay for the year upfront and save versus twelve monthly payments. The toggle above shows both prices. You can switch cadence when you change plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card everywhere, plus PIX for customers in Brazil. Enterprise plans can also be billed by PO and invoice. Receipts and tax documents are available in the workspace billing settings.
Is there a 7-day trial?
Yes. Your first paid subscription includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If Tess is not for you, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that window, billing follows the plan you chose.
How does Enterprise work?
Enterprise is a custom engagement: we scope credits, security requirements (SSO, SIEM, compliance), onboarding and Forward Deployed Engineering with you, under a custom MSA and SLA. Book a call and we will design the rollout together.
